Launch of Best Practices for Operation and Maintenance Service Lazy Pack

To enhance promotional efforts and accelerate the elevation of industry standards, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) officially launched the first Lazy Pack for Best Practices for Operation and Maintenance Service Manual and Guidelines at the Building O&M Best Practice Symposium.
This Lazy Pack simplifies and highlights the core operation and maintenance practices for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installations, offering the industry three practical recommendations:
．Digitalize asset data
．Proactively review and optimize systems
．Conduct regular emergency drill training
In the future, key points regarding electrical installations, fire service installations, and other equipment will also be sequentially condensed into highly illustrated Lazy Pack.

機電工程署舉辦「建築物優良操作和維修作業」研討會 推出暖通空調裝置懶人包推動業界發展 (只有中文版本)

由機電工程署主辦的「建築物優良操作和維修作業」研討會於二零二六年三月三日圓滿舉行 。是次研討會邀請了首屆「建築物優良操作和維修作業大獎」的獲獎大廈管理團隊，包括機場管理局、南豐物業管理、香港置地及多間大型物業管理公司的講者，與業界深入交流，從安全、風險管理、效率提升及創新等角度講解真實案例及分享實踐心得，藉此提升行業標準及促進專業交流。
發展局副秘書長（工務）3何英傑於研討會上擔任主禮嘉賓並致歡迎辭 。機電工程署署長潘國英聯同副署長（營運服務）周厚強及助理署長/2謝樂謙亦有出席支持，並向一眾業界講者致送感謝狀 。周厚強為大會總結時表示，優良操作不是單靠政府部門就能成事，而是要結合業界、專業學會、學術界和不同營運機構的智慧與實踐，透過不斷「發掘好例子」、「分享好經驗」、「落實好做法」，共同把建築物機電管理水平推向新台階。
為加強宣傳效果及加快提升行業水平，機電工程署於研討會上正式推出首款關於「暖通空調裝置」的優良操作與維修作業懶人包 。該懶人包將《優良操作和維修作業手冊及指引》的內容簡化並抽出重點 ，為業界提供三大實務建議，包括數碼化資產資料、主動審查並優化系統及定期進行應急演習培訓。

機電工程署自二〇二二年推出一套八本的《優良操作和維修作業手冊及指引》電子手冊，為業界提供實務指引 。署方期望日後能有更多機會與業界合作，一起為香港社會創造出更安全、更高效的環境 。
